Returns
Committed to the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers, we offer a 30-day return policy and a 1-year limited warranty. If you have any questions, we invite you to contact our customer service department directly at info@etic.ca or 1 877 926-2126 (toll free).
Returns and exchanges
You may return any unused product and request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If the product is defective or if an error has occurred in your order, please contact our customer service at info@etic.ca.
Important information
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- The returned product must be in perfect condition. The product must not have been used and must have been returned to its original packaging.
- Returns will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
- Make sure that the item(s) you wish to return and the return form are included in the package you are sending back to us.
- Note that items purchased on promotion are considered final sales and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Warranty
Confident and proud of the durability and quality of our products, we offer our customers a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty protects the original purchaser of the product against manufacturing defects that are beyond our control. Please note that the 1-year limited warranty does not protect you against damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, neglect of the product, abuse, accident or the natural deterioration of materials and colors over time. We will be happy to replace or repair any product that does not meet the above specifications. If you have a warranty request to make, please contact us by email at info@etic.ca.
