Canada and United States shipping
Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days for Canada and 4-7 business days for the United States. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. Free shipping for all orders over 150$. Please note that some overweight products do not apply for free shipping.
International Shipping
Regarding international shipping, typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience custom delays of several weeks. Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. The International shipping costs will be calculated according to weight, sizes and destinations.
Important information
- Etic Outdoor Products is not responsible for any delay that occurred after the order was shipped.
- For Express deliveries, in order to receive the order the next day, the order has to be placed before 13H00 and we are not responsible for any delay that occurred after the order was shipped.
- International order may be subjected to taxes or customs duties. Please note that fees associated with purchases are always the responsibility of the customer.
- Etic Outdoor Products offers shipping services with Canada Post, USPS, Fedex, GLS and UPS.
- Please note that delivery within the province of Québec is not available.
